Who we are
Freiberger is a trade name of Hotel Fraction B.V., Amsteldijk Zuid 183, 1188 VN Amstelveen, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 91521319. Hotel Fraction B.V. is the controller for the personal data described below. Contact: info@freiberger.tech.
What we collect and why
This website only processes personal data when you send us a message through the contact form or by email. We then process:
- your name, company, email address and the type of organisation you select;
- the content of your message.
We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to continue the business conversation that follows from it. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox in the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Service providers
To run this website and deliver your message we use:
- Web3Forms – forwards the contents of the contact form to our mailbox;
- Proton – our email provider;
- Infomaniak (Geneva, Switzerland) – hosts this website and, like any web server, briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages. Our visitor statistics also run on this server in Switzerland.
These providers process data on our behalf only. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, transfers are covered by the safeguards required under the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep messages and contact details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and at most two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example for business records).
Cookies and statistics
This website does not use cookies, advertising or tracking. To understand how the site is used, we run Matomo, an open-source statistics tool, on our own hosting in Switzerland. It is configured without cookies, stores nothing on your device, anonymises IP addresses and does not track you across websites. It records aggregated information such as pages viewed, country, browser and referring website, without identifying individual visitors. Statistics are kept for at most 24 months. Because no cookies are used and no personal profiles are made, no consent is required for this.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to info@freiberger.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

The information on this website has been prepared with care but is provided for general information only. The scenarios and the interactive simulation are simplified calculations intended to illustrate the principle; they are not measurements of a finished vehicle, and actual performance depends on the final design, tyres, load and conditions.
